Return or exchange policy-:

We exchange the product only in case of a manufacturing defect from our side. For an exchange, you will have to share a proper parcel opening video (360 degree parcel opening video before opening the parcel) on our whatsapp number, then we will raise a complaint and you can get your product exchanged with any other product. Shipping of one side will be borne by us. You will have to send the defective product from your side. Without a parcel opening video, we won’t be able to exchange a product.

No exchange on the basis of size issues.

For safer side, we recommend you to order a size bigger.

Please share the parcel opening video on both our whatsapp numbers (+91-8800988288 and +91-9999714077) to raise a ticket. If approved by us, you will have to dispatch the product to us within 2 working days and share tracking number with us.

If the product is shipped after that, we won’t be able to exchange your product. our products adhere to the highest quality standards.

 

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. How ever, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
